We want you to focus on the event/activity/program, not on who has your data. Here is exactly how we handle your information across the DACH region and India.

1. How we use your data:

• Updates & Events: We use your email to keep you in the loop about our organization and upcoming activities.
• Curated Recommendations: Occasionally, our updates might include affiliate links to tools or services we genuinely recommend.
• WhatsApp Groups: By joining our groups, your profile (name/number) will be visible to other members. We ask all members to respect this shared space.

2. Working with Partners & Sponsors

We only work with partners who respect your privacy as much as we do.

• The “DPA” Rule: We never share data with a sponsor unless they have signed a legally binding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us. This contract requires them to comply with the strict privacy laws of the EU and India.
• The “One-Touch” Policy: If a partner sponsors an event/activity/program, they may receive your contact info for a one-time introduction via email or mobile. They cannot contact you again unless you choose to engage with them.

3. Your Right to Disappear (Opt-Out)

You are in control. If you decide to leave:

1. Fill the Form: Use the “Opt-Out” form in this Privacy Page.
2. We Delete: we will permanently delete your data from our systems
3. We Delete: we will permanently delete your data from our systems.
4. Exit Groups: You will need to manually leave the WhatsApp groups to stop seeing community messages.

4. Transparency on Changes

Privacy laws and our digital tools evolve. Whenever we update this policy, we won’t hide it. We will post a summary of exactly what changed directly in our WhatsApp groups and via email so you’re never caught off guard.
